We offer a free standard shipping policy to all US states.
When will I get my art print?
As soon as we get your order, we start custom-making it. Average processing + transit times are below.

How do I track my order?
You can quickly check the status of a current order with your order number and email address. As soon as your art print ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number.

How will my art be packaged?
Canvas and framed items are covered securely and placed in firm inserts that lock the frame in position.

How will my art be shipped?
We partner with FedEx to ensure timely and safe delivery. All orders from Artyhub.com come with free standard delivery.
What if my package got damaged?
At Artyhub.com, we strive to ensure that all orders arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition. However, sometimes unexpected damage can occur during shipping.
If you receive a damaged product, please follow these steps:

Document the Damage:

Take clear photos and/or videos of the damaged product and the packaging.

Note any visible damage to the shipping box.

Contact Us Immediately:

Within 48 hours of receiving your order, contact us at support@artyhub.com.

Include your order number, a description of the damage, and any photos or videos you have taken.

Return Instructions:

We will provide you with specific return instructions, including:

How to package the damaged item for return.

The return shipping address.

Replacement or Refund:

Once we receive the returned item and confirm the damage, we will:

Issue a full refund for the damaged product, including shipping costs.

Send you a replacement product at no additional cost.

This policy applies to products damaged during shipping only.

We may require you to provide proof of purchase.
What if my package got lost?
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it please:

Verify the shipping address.

Check all possible delivery locations at your residence.

Ask neighbors or family members if they accept the package.

Contact the courier with your tracking number to initiate a claim.
If your package is officially declared lost, contact us at support@artyhub.com immediately with your order number.
We will either reship your order or provide a refund based on your preference.

What is your Cancellation Policy?
Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of being placed.

To cancel an order: Contact us immediately at support@artyhub.com.

Orders canceled after the 4 hours window: We will do our best to cancel your order if time permits.

Orders already shipped: Cannot be canceled.

What is your change of address policy?

Before Shipment: If you need to change your shipping address before your order has shipped, please contact us immediately at support@artyhub.com. We will do our best to update your address if time permits.

After Shipment: Once your order has shipped, we cannot guarantee the ability to change the shipping address.
Do you charge restocking fees?
There are no restocking or return shipping fees to return the original item.
