First 45 days after receiving your order
We will refund you if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 45 days of receiving your order. Our returns are always free!
There are no restocking or return shipping fees to return the original item.
After 45 days
Any returns received by us outside of such a 45-day window will be considered an “invalid return”. We may, in our sole discretion, re-deliver (at your sole cost and expense) or dispose of the art subject to an invalid return if not reclaimed by you within thirty (30) days from your invalid return.

Damaged Package Policy
At Artyhub.com, we strive to ensure that all orders arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition. However, sometimes unexpected damage can occur during shipping.

Lost Package Policy
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it please:

Please note that the colors you see on your screen may be slightly different from the print you receive due to differences in monitors. We print colors true to the artist’s specifications and cannot alter the original artwork.
